Group Cycle
Non-impact cardiovascular workout. It’s the perfect workout for nearly every fitness level. This workout, performed on a stationary bike, allows each participant to control their own intensity workout. It’s designed to increase aerobic fitness while toning hips, thighs, and calves. Bike shorts are preferred. Good supportive shoes and water bottle required.
Body Sculpt/ Conditioning
An important component of fitness. Using a variety of equipment, which includes body bars, medicine and stability balls, and / or free weights; this class effectively tones and defines your upper body, lower body, back, and abdominals in a variety of ways. Shoes required.
Step Aerobics
A long time favorite, this class is great for beginner to advanced steppers. It incorporates creative combinations and patterns using the step platforms. This low impact cardio workout offers many options and the class is finished with toning exercises. A fantastic full body workout! Supportive shoes required.
Cardio Fusion
It’s a combination of Cardio, Body Sculpting and strength/core training. Examples (Step Aerobics, hi-low, resist-a-ball, kick boxing)
Yoga
The style of yoga is based on Ashtanga yoga and resembles a flow yoga class. The poses are performed linking the movement to the breath. The natural alignment of the body is emphasized through controlled, structured stretches and movements. Students leave feeling refreshed and energized. It is excellent class for beginners yet still challenges more advanced students.
Circuit Training
A F.I.P. Class. This class is intended to improve your overall fitness. The class involves endurance and strength training.
