Equipment Rental Online Reservation RequestWelcome to the Equipment Rental Reservation Request page. The items listed below are just a few of the items available at Equipment Rental, for a full list of available items click on the Inventory & Price List. Or visit the Equipment Rental Retail website. To input a reservation request please click on one of the items listed below. Please note that ONLY the items listed below can be reserved. All other items are first come first serve.
You must have the following: a current DoD ID card, an accurate Phone number, the date(s) the item is to be reserved, and be prepared to give a credit card number over the phone. A deposit of 50% of the rental cost ($100 for campers) is required to secure a reservation.
Once you have completed all the required fields on the reservation page and submitted the request, Equipment Rental will call you within 24hrs to confirm the request and collect your deposit. Please note that this is a request for a reservation. It does not guarantee that the item is available on the dates you are requesting. Nothing is finalized until you have spoken with Equipment Rental. For more information please call 318-456-3426.
Campers We have 5 popup campers available and 15 full campers (with bathrooms and various sleeping layouts) for anywhere from 4-10 people. Sizes range from 19ft to 33ft. A deposit of $100 is required to reserve any of these campers. For the specific information on a camper or to make a reservation please click on the links below. Camper Rental Rules
Party Items Trailers Boats All individuals wishing to rent a boat are require to have a boater safety card, issued from any DoD instillation. If you have not taken a boater safety course you will need to do so before renting any watercraft. Materials, video, and test are available at Equipment Rental and are available for public use during hours of operations. Also as per Louisiana State law any individuals born after Jan. 1, 1984 are required to take a Louisiana boater safety course to operate any watercraft with a motor larger than 9.9 hp.
